i Use Diatomaceous Earth in their dust bath along with fireplace ashes To keep mites at bay. I also sprinkle DE in their coop after I clean in the wet areas Before putting down new bedding.

I've used Eprinex, without Ivomec. Tractor supply has it. Had issues with lice and this was the only thing that eliminated it with No Egg Withdrawal. Easy pour on, 1/2 cc base of neck and under wings. I apply at night while they sleep. Repeat in 10 days. Also works for scaly leg mites. I had tried DE, ortho, cleaned entire coop and runs and Eprinex I'd the best! Shared some with a friend with same problem and all her chickens recovered as well. Just WEAR gloves as it absorbs in the shin so you also have to apply directly to skin. Took 5 minutes for 13 chickens.😁
